- Option Exports accessing your exported media with a click.

Version 2.00 is a major update which adds some great new features:
- It is now possible to drill down into libraries to see their events and projects, and to clean up the libraries on an event-by-event basis. This feature will be much appreciated for those whose workflow is to keep lots of events grouped together into
a few libraries.
- The search feature has been completely overhauled. It's now possible to search for libraries, events and projects by name, or search their associated comments or notes. More than that though, we now read data from libraries and events to enable searching
of their media clips for information previously entered into Final Cut Pro by the user - custom name, notes and even keywords! Finding libraries has never been easier!
- Users can now tell at a glance when a library contains links to external original media files, and with a click a popup displays which drives need to be connected to have the media available to Final Cut Pro!
- We've added much better keyboard support. It's now dead easy to search for a library (cmd-F), move directly to one of interest using the arrow keys, and then open it in Final Cut Pro (cmd-O, or cmd-option-O to Open Alone), all without touching the
mouse.
There are also some little goodies:
- It's possible to open multiple libraries at once via the main menu (or using CMD-O).
- You can make "Open Alone" the default action (via the preferences)
- You can choose to delete the thumbnails and peaks data when deleting render files (again, via the preferences).
- The project notes that you create in Final Cut Pro can been seen (and searched).
- Network drives can now be cleaned.
- The "fake" libraries cached by DaVinci and CineX are no longer listed.
- It's now much faster - all library scanning now occurs in the background.
- Final Cut Library Manager now starts up very quickly. Previously users of large collections had a long wait....

- FCLM can now clean Optical Flow Files (created when slowing down motion), and this has replaced the ability to clean stabilisation data. Stabilisation data is slow to recreate and actually very small, so removing this data really
isn't useful. Optical Flow data can be very big indeed so cleaning it may be worthwhile for archived libraries (although it's even slower to recreate!).
- It's now possible to create a new Final Cut Pro library directly from within Final Cut Library Manager.
- For those who keep their libraries inside a disk image, the context menu on the source list now provides an option to show the disk image itself in the Finder.
- The free space on a newly added source wasn't displayed until FCLM was relaunched - this had been fixed.
- Other minor fixes and spelling errors.

Version 1.50 is a major update which adds some great new features:
- FCLM now memorises the libraries that it's seen so that if can list them even if they are currently offline or absent. This allows users to use FCLM as a cataloging system to keep track of which libraries are on which volume, even
when the disks aren't connected.
- Individual folders can now be added to the list of sources on the left by dragging or clicking the + button. This will particularly useful to those working in a group environment who wish to see only the libraries in their own directory
on an XSAN, for example.
- Sources that are not indexed by Spotlight can now be manually scanned for libraries.
- The sources on the left can now be sorted manually or removed from the list.
- It's now possible to clean Shared Media files and Optical Flow (Stablization) data files. These columns can be displayed via the View Menu if required.
- FCLM can now display and edit the Finder Comments for each library (the same comments that can be seen when choosing "Get Info" in the Finder).
- Full screen mode is now supported.
There is also a large number of minor (but nevertheless useful) changes, including:
- The first window that the user sees is no longer in French on an English system (oops!)
- Option to show a Source in the Finder (via the context menu)
- Option to force a manual re-scan of an Spotlight indexed volume.
- Sources can now be unmounted directly from FCLM (via the context menu)
- Command-clicking the source checkboxes will check/uncheck all the sources at once (like in iCal etc.)
- An extra alert is given when deleting Optimized media files to warn the user that these files are slow to recreate and are thus best deleted at the end of the project.
- An extra alert is given when deleting Optical Flow files to warn the user that these are slow to recreate.
- A display issue when the system was set up to 'always display scrollbars' has been fixed.
- Visual feedback is now given when dragging folders or libraries to the FCLM window.
- When deleting the Render files waveforms and thumbnails are no longer deleted. These are small files, however they are slow to recreate, so this improves the experience when reopening the project in Final Cut.
- FCLM used to display some older backup libraries. This has been fixed.
